Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all access to and use of ghost vision’s website, products, and services. By purchasing, accessing, or using any ghost vision products or services, all users agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, product names, images, packaging, and related materials are the property of ghost vision or its licensors. Use of any intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. All licensed designs, trademarks, and branding remain the sole property of their respective owners.

Product Use and Important Safety Notice
Certain ghost vision sunglasses are designed for fashion use only. If a sunglass frame has an asterisk (*) marked on the inside of the frame, refer to the booklet insert included with the product.
Due to mirrored pattern placement on the lenses, these sunglasses may cause visual distortions, reflections, or reduced visibility under certain lighting or environmental conditions.
These products are not suitable for driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring clear, accurate, or undistorted vision. Always check the frame before engaging in any activity that depends on clear or reliable vision. Use in inappropriate situations is at the wearer’s own risk.

Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing, descriptions, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before orders are shipped. ghost vision reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ghost vision is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
